I feel like kotlin multiplatform resource handling is very complicated and documentation is severely lacking. When should you use compose resources, when "normal" resources. How is their behavior in tests and in module. Which behavior is desired, which is a missing feature or a bug? |

I was hoping to find discussion around the plans for the resources component. In particular, I was wondering whether there are plans to let submodules/libraries declare and contribute resources to the final application, rather than only including those defined in the top level module.
We'd like to separate our code into modules based on feature while keeping string and image resources relevant to those modules self contained within. Based on what I am seeing in
1.6.0-beta01
, while we can define resources in those modules, they are not copied and included in the final application bundle. Is this the right place for this or is there another place that these kinds of discussions are occurring?
